- Came up with a new saying I can use: “I like my women the way I like my soup: hot and sour.” This is related to a coworker’s version, “I like my men the way I like my coffee: black and bitter.”
- When a friend on the west coast informed me that he was going to be in New York, I demanded that he send a meeting request to my Google Calendar. “Smokey, this is not ‘Nam. This is bowling. There are rules.”
